Ink Management

With our experience from more than 50 years in the business, Torda has developed an efficient and cost-effective ink handling concept that we call Ink Management. The program is based entirely on each customer's individual requirements regarding quality, performance and equipment. When this is established, Torda supplies everything from ink and mixing stations to total responsibility for the customers' complete ink handling.

At Torda, we develop ink in our own laboratories, using quality raw material from selected suppliers around the world. We control the complete manufacturing process from dispersion of pigments to individual customer formulation.
 
Together with our customers we fine tune and tailor our inks so that they perfectly match the production units.

Torda offers both theoretical and practical education modules, tailor-made for our customers. We train the staff on a wide variety of topics, from the basic printing process to ink recipe evaluations. The education is often very cost-efficient as customers get quick internal troubleshooting and a more efficient workforce.
 
Torda's education takes place all over the world. Either at our customers' premises, by computerised training (e-learning) or in one of our plants.

Our In-Plant module is our Ink Management concept working in reality. Torda takes full responsibility for our customers' machines on location. We outsource ink specialists who handle the entire printing process, from ink inventory to perfectly printed material.
 
In the In-Plant module, each solution is tailored to meet the customers' individual needs regarding quality, performance and equipment.

In close co-operation with our customers, we supply and supervise products and equipment. If an ink related problem should arise, Torda has the equipment and the knowledge to conduct detailed testing. 

With more than 50 years' experience in the sector, Torda has developed state-of-the-art intelligence. Our technical experts are highly trained and know the printing process. We daily help customers with everything from choosing the right type of ink for the specific machinery and material to optimising printing results and speed.

Torda focuses on our customers' needs and how our ink knowledge can reduce inventory but still guarantee an even supply of ink. We constantly develop solutions to meet storage demands for less inventory space. Universal inks is just one example.
